With over a decade of experience in complex care and mental health, Danijela has worked across the NDIS sector since 2013. Beginning as a Mental Health Support Worker, she progressed into coordination and leadership roles, where her passion for quality care and team development shines. As Service Delivery Manager, Danijela ensures every participant receives person-centred, compassionate, and reliable support.

Inclusive Services Coordinator
Mick brings over three years of experience in mental health and disability support. He’s passionate about helping individuals build confidence, independence, and connection in their daily lives. With a warm, person-centred approach, Mick supports participants to achieve their goals and enjoy meaningful experiences in the community.

Georgia Jones
Mental Health Support Worker
Georgia brings a compassionate and motivated approach to her work, inspired by her rural upbringing and passion for accessible mental health support. Currently studying a double degree in Psychology and Criminology, she’s dedicated to empowering individuals and reducing stigma around mental health. Georgia values connection, positivity, and supporting participants to live fulfilling, independent lives.

With extensive experience in the disability sector, Jules is passionate about building meaningful connections and supporting individuals to achieve their goals. Her personal journey caring for a family member inspired her to study Mental Health and Community Services, where she continues to grow her skills and make a positive impact. Jules brings warmth, understanding, and a genuine care for others to every interaction.

Ayisha holds a Bachelor of Psychology and a Graduate Diploma in Psychology (Advanced), bringing both knowledge and empathy to her role. She’s passionate about supporting mental health and wellbeing through genuine connection, active listening, and positive encouragement. Ayisha values creating a safe, uplifting space where every individual feels seen, supported, and empowered.

Kelly became a support worker through her lived experience growing up around mental health challenges, which gave her a deep understanding of how important compassionate, consistent support can be.
She is passionate about helping people feel safe, heard, and empowered, and brings empathy, resilience, and a calm approach to the people she supports.
