Who We Are
Your Way Your Wellness provides personalised disability and mental health support services, guided by NDIS principles and a commitment to respect, inclusion, and participant choice.
Scope of Services
Our services are delivered under individual Service Agreements. We follow the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits and operate in line with all relevant NDIS guidelines.
Booking and Cancellation
We understand that life is unpredictable. To help us maintain reliable and accessible services:
· If you need to cancel, please provide at least seven (7) clear calendar days’ notice — this ensures we don’t charge you.
· If less notice is provided, or there’s a no-show without notification, the full scheduled fee may be charged, in line with our Cancellation Policy.
· Exceptional circumstances (e.g. emergencies, natural disasters) will be assessed with care and compassion. We're always open to discussing concerns.
All fees are managed through your NDIS plan manager or directly invoiced for self-managed participants.
Privacy and Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and handle your personal information securely and transparently.
Key points include:
· Data is collected only for service delivery and compliance
· Records are stored securely in line with privacy laws
· You can ask to access or update your information anytime
