Danijela Hodges
Service Delivery Manager
With over a decade of experience in complex care and mental health, Danijela has worked across the NDIS sector since 2013. Beginning as a Mental Health Support Worker, she progressed into coordination and leadership roles, where her passion for quality care and team development shines. As Service Delivery Manager, Danijela ensures every participant receives person-centred, compassionate, and reliable support.

Mick Slockwitch
Inclusive Services Coordinator
Mick brings over three years of experience in mental health and disability support. He’s passionate about helping individuals build confidence, independence, and connection in their daily lives. With a warm, person-centred approach, Mick supports participants to achieve their goals and enjoy meaningful experiences in the community.

Georgia Jones
Mental Health Support Worker
Georgia brings a compassionate and motivated approach to her work, inspired by her rural upbringing and passion for accessible mental health support. Currently studying a double degree in Psychology and Criminology, she’s dedicated to empowering individuals and reducing stigma around mental health. Georgia values connection, positivity, and supporting participants to live fulfilling, independent lives.

With extensive experience in the disability sector, Jules is passionate about building meaningful connections and supporting individuals to achieve their goals. Her personal journey caring for a family member inspired her to study Mental Health and Community Services, where she continues to grow her skills and make a positive impact. Jules brings warmth, understanding, and a genuine care for others to every interaction.

Katelan has a background in Psychological Studies and experience supporting NDIS participants through employment services. She is passionate about helping people build confidence, independence, and resilience in their everyday lives.
With a calm and respectful approach, Katelan walks alongside each person at their own pace, creating a space where they feel supported and valued.

Kelly-Ann Bulmer
Mental Health Support Worker
Kelly came to support work through her own lived experience with mental health challenges. It taught her how much it matters to have someone steady and compassionate in your corner, and that's what she brings.
Kelly's calm and patient. She wants the people she supports to feel safe, heard, and more confident in themselves.
Off the clock, Kelly's daughter is her whole world, and she's a people person through and through.

Chelsea became a support worker because she genuinely cares about making a real difference in people's lives.
For Chelsea, this work has never been about ticking boxes or going through the motions. It's about showing up for people, with patience, warmth, and a real commitment to helping them feel respected, heard, and included.

Our team is fully qualified, police-checked, and trained under NDIS standards.
We have extensive experience supporting people with a range of mental health and psychosocial needs, including depression, PTSD, autism, BPD, and complex behaviours.
Every support we deliver is person-led, safe, and grounded in dignity and respect.
